1. Membership Agreement: By downloading and using the Laundry Land's 24-hour access mobile app, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement is between you, hereinafter referred to as the "Member/s" and Laundry Land, hereinafter referred to as "The Company."

2. Mobile App Access: Upon successful registration, Members will be granted access to the laundromat facilities through the mobile app. Access is granted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to any temporary closures for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Mobile App Security: Members are responsible for the security of their mobile app credentials, including username and password. In the event of a lost or stolen mobile device, members must contact the laundromat management immediately to suspend access.

4. Access Hours: While the laundromat is accessible 24/7 through the mobile app, the Company reserves the right to close the premises for maintenance or other reasons. Members will be notified in advance whenever possible.

5. Primary Activity: The primary purpose of Laundry Land 24 Hour Laundry Club is to provide a convenient and efficient facility for washing and drying laundry.

6. Loitering Prohibition: Members are not permitted to loiter inside the laundromat premises without actively availing of our laundry services. Loitering includes, but is not limited to, lingering without using laundry machines, disrupting other customers, or engaging in non-laundry-related activities.

7. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner while using the facilities, even if no staff is present. Any disruptive behavior or violation of rules will result in immediate termination of access privileges.

8. Security: Members are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

9. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Members are required to maintain the cleanliness of the laundromat. This includes cleaning up after themselves, such as disposing of trash, lint, or any debris left from washing and drying. If members use the bathroom, they must ensure it is left clean and orderly. Failure to clean up after yourself, whether in the laundry area or bathroom, may result in a warning or revocation of membership. Members are also encouraged to report any malfunctioning equipment or cleanliness issues through the mobile app. The laundromat management will address these concerns as quickly as possible.

10. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: Members must comply with all posted rules and regulations within the laundromat, as well as any additional guidelines communicated by phone ‭(956) 255-4207‬ or email (info@laundrylandtx.com.

11. Membership Fees: Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to membership fees.

12. Termination of Access: The Company reserves the right to terminate mobile app access at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or any other reason deemed appropriate by the laundromat management.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the mobile app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").



By using the mobile app, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to abide by them.

Los miembros son responsables de la seguridad de las credenciales de su aplicación móvil, incluido el nombre de usuario y la contraseña. En caso de pérdida o robo de un dispositivo móvil, los miembros deben comunicarse con la administración de la lavandería de inmediato para suspender el acceso.

4. Horario de Acceso: Si bien se puede acceder a la lavandería las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana a través de la aplicación móvil, la Compañía se reserva el derecho de cerrar las instalaciones por mantenimiento u otros motivos. Los miembros serán notificados con anticipación siempre que sea posible.

5. Actividad principal: El objetivo principal del Club de lavandería las 24 horas de Laundry Land es proporcionar una instalación conveniente y eficiente para lavar y secar la ropa.

6. Actividades prohibidas: a los miembros, no se les permite quedarse dentro de las instalaciones de la lavandería sin aprovechar activamente nuestros servicios de lavandería. Actividades prohibidas incluye, entre otros, quedarse sin usar las máquinas de lavandería, molestar a otros clientes o participar en actividades no relacionadas con la lavandería.

7. Código de conducta:
Se espera que los miembros se comporten de manera respetuosa y considerada al utilizar las instalaciones, incluso si no hay personal presente. Cualquier comportamiento destructivo o violación de las reglas resultará en la terminación inmediata de los privilegios de acceso.

8. Seguridad:
Los miembros son responsables de sus pertenencias personales. La Compañía no es responsable de ninguna pérdida, robo o daño a la propiedad personal mientras se encuentre en las instalaciones.

9. Mantenimiento y Limpieza:
Los miembros deben mantener la limpieza de la lavandería. Esto incluye limpiar después de sí mismos, como desechar la basura, pelusa o cualquier residuo que quede después de lavar y secar. Si los miembros usan el baño, deben asegurarse de dejarlo limpio y en orden. El no limpiar después de sí mismos, ya sea en el área de lavandería o en el baño, puede resultar en una advertencia o la revocación de la membresía. También se alienta a los miembros a informar cualquier mal funcionamiento del equipo o problemas de limpieza a través de la aplicación móvil. La administración de la lavandería abordará estas preocupaciones lo antes posible.

10. Cumplimiento de Normas y Reglamentos:
Los miembros deben cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones publicadas dentro de la lavandería, así como con cualquier pautas adicionales comunicada por telefono (‭956) 255-4207‬) o por correo electronico (info@laundrylandtx.com).



11. Cuotas de membresía:
Las cuotas de membresía, si corresponde, no son reembolsables y están sujetas a cambios. Los miembros serán notificados con antecipación sobre cualquier cambio en las cuotas de membresía.

12. Terminación del Acceso:
La Compañía se reserva el derecho de cancelar el acceso a la aplicación móvil en cualquier momento por violación de estos términos y condiciones o cualquier otro motivo que la gerencia de la lavandería considere valido.

13. Modificaciones a los Términos y Condiciones:
La Compañía se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones. Los miembros serán notificados de cualquier cambio y el uso continuado de la aplicación móvil constituye la aceptación de los términos actualizados.

14. Ley aplicable:
Este acuerdo se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de Texas. Cualquier disputa que surja de este acuerdo o esté relacionada con él se resolverá mediante arbitraje de acuerdo con las reglas de la by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
